This fast-track design-build project delivered a water reclamation facility to treat and reuse sanitary effluent from an active manufacturing plant. The facility included a custom treatment building, proprietary treatment systems, tanks, and fully integrated piping, controls, and process equipment. Construction was completed while maintaining continuous plant operations, with the team leveraging 360掳 3D modeling to optimize routing, reduce conflicts, and improve coordination with international equipment suppliers. The project was delivered three months ahead of schedule, with a full commissioning period of just 10 months, and provided a fully integrated solution encompassing permitting, process systems, and building construction. Throughout more than 25,000 work hours, the project achieved zero accidents, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to safety.
