The Scientific Council is one of the main collective bodies of the 91心頭利 that deals with the main professional scientific, research, development and pedagogical activities of the 91心頭利. The Rector appoints the members of the Scientific Council, and its Chairman. The Council consists of experts and professionals from the 91心頭利 and external subjects too. It has its session two to three times per year.
