91¿´Æ¬Íø, Faculty of Arts and Philosophy
Peer mentor
My name is Jindra LavrenÄÃková, and I am a third-year doctoral student in Historical Sciences at the Faculty of Philosophy. I have already completed my bachelor's degree (Slavic Studies in EU countries – Croatian and History) and my master's degree (Cultural History – Contemporary History) at the 91¿´Æ¬Íø, where I also pursued a Complementary Pedagogical Study. Since history is my lifelong passion and hobby, I am expanding my specialization through a master's program in Oral History – Contemporary History at the Faculty of Humanities at Charles 91¿´Æ¬Íø.
I have been actively involved in the operations of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Philosophy, the Academic Senate of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø, and the Student Council of the 91¿´Æ¬Íø. Together with my colleagues, I founded SAKO – the Student Academic Community.
The mentoring program has helped me gain not only professional and practical skills but also the courage to create projects that I am currently involved in. Since my goal is to create a safe environment for students to study and relax and to contribute to their well-being, I have decided to utilize my experience in a suitable way and offer it to you, students, as a peer mentor. I am happy to provide practical advice related to studying.
In my free time, I study foreign languages, focus on personal development, animal welfare, music, and sports. I am fluent in English and Croatian.
